How do I choose the right size?

Use the size chart on the product page — handmade footwear does not always match standard sizing. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest going up.

Do juttis need breaking in?

Yes, a little. Traditional juttis and mojaris soften and mould to your foot over the first few wears. Wearing them for short stretches at first makes this comfortable.

How do I care for them?

Keep them dry and away from direct sun. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; for leather soles, an occasional light conditioner helps. Do not machine wash or soak.

Can I wear them in the rain?

Better not to. Embroidered uppers and leather soles are not water-resistant and monsoon use will shorten their life considerably.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Every item is handmade, so small variations in colour, size, texture and finish are natural. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear. These differences are a sign the piece was made by hand.
