Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location, while international delivery may take 10–21 business days. Delivery charges: Within India, a delivery charge of ₹200 applies, and it is free on orders above ₹2,499. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking link is shared via email once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, or delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
