How do I keep it from tarnishing?
Store it dry, in a pouch or airtight box, away from humidity. Put jewellery on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray — and take it off before bathing, swimming or sleeping.
How do I clean it?
Buff gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water, chemical jewellery dips and ultrasonic cleaners on oxidised, silver-plated or stone-set pieces, which strip the finish.
Can I return jewellery?
Jewellery is generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photographs and we will put it right.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Materials vary by piece and are listed on the product page where known. If you have a known metal allergy, message us before ordering and we will check the composition with the artisan.
Will the oxidised finish fade?
Oxidised silver naturally lightens with wear and handling. Many people prefer this patina; gentle buffing brings back the contrast.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every item is handmade, so small variations in colour, size, texture and finish are natural. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear. These differences are a sign the piece was made by hand.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email banjarae.in@gmail.com within 7 days with your Order ID and photographs. Our team replies within 2 business days.
