How do I hang it?
Use a wall anchor rated for the weight of the piece — mud-and-mirror and metal work are heavier than they look. Mount on a dry interior wall, away from bathrooms and damp.
How do I clean it?
Dust gently with a dry, soft brush or cloth. Do not use water on mud-work, mirror-work or natural pigment surfaces.
Can I hang it outdoors?
No. These pieces are made for interiors — sun, rain and humidity will damage the materials.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every item is handmade, so small variations in colour, size, texture and finish are natural. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear. These differences are a sign the piece was made by hand.
What if it arrives damaged?
